Shipping is free on every order within Serbia.

Processing

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Cash on delivery

If you choose cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready for the courier. A phone number is required so the courier can reach you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Serbia only.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, email lukafinip@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Using Nuzzla safely

Keep pets and children out of the mist while you treat and let fabrics dry before they settle back in. Patch-test delicate fabrics first. Don't spray on people, animals, food or electronics. Store the solution closed, upright and out of reach of children and pets. Always follow the supplied instructions.
